About The Position

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. REAL ALLOY PLANT MANAGER As our new Plant Manager for Real Alloy in Post Falls, Idaho, you will drive and develop a culture of safety first. Use your leadership experience to develop, implement, and manage facility business plans to achieve operating budget and sales goals. You will steer the overall direction of the facility and carry out management responsibilities in accordance with our organization’s policies and applicable laws. In this leadership position, you will also manage customer communications, champion environmental excellence, and manage resources to maximize returns. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related management experience and/or training; or combination of education and related management experience.
  • Possess general knowledge and proficiency in general business and the ability to use computer applications, such as spreadsheets, word processing documents, databases and email programs.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Results and detail oriented.
  • Creativity and innovation for implementation of new programs and employee involvement.
  • Capability of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work varied hours be on call and travel occasionally.
  • Valid driver license
