About The Position

Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Plant Manager who will be working in our Lewis Run, PA location. This person will report to the VP of Operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities Overall responsibility for safety, product quality, financial stability, and human resources of the facility. Set goals, objectives, and guidelines for successful operation and continual improvement via strong Kaizen leadership. Monitor and evaluate the processes and programs used to achieve goals, objectives, and guidelines. Assist the Vice President of Operations with the development of all budgets and monitor them to ensure business directives are met. Act as liaison between departments, plants, divisions. Direct and monitor continuous improvement efforts within the facility. Regular review with direct reports on company rules, policies and regulations. Provide interpretations when necessary. Develop and execute plant budget. Provide yearly salary appraisals and recommendations. Profit and loss responsibility. Responsible for satisfactory compliance with executive and government regulations and policies. Responsible for special projects as assigned. Qualifications Exhibit good people skills and managerial experience. Prior powdered metal experience a plus Good communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent analytical and problem solving shills A Bachelors degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration. A minimum of 5 years experience managing employees Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation and benefits package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
