Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a production or industrial setting
• Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the aggregate plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity
• Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and quality control processes
• Manage and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
