About The Position

Lead day-to-day quarry operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and cost objectives Foster a strong safety culture by implementing and reinforcing policies, training, and best practices Drive operational excellence through planning, continuous improvement, and effective use of resources Develop, coach, and engage team members to build capability, accountability, and strong performance Collaborate with maintenance, sales, and regional leadership to meet business and customer needs

Requirements

  • Proven capability to lead and manage quarry or heavy industrial operations with a safety-first mindset
  • Strong knowledge of aggregates production, mobile equipment, and process optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams in a hands-on operating environment
  • Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and operational KPIs
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across teams
