About The Position
The position involves maintaining overall financial responsibilities and expectations for the plant, meeting with Senior Leadership to discuss planning for facilities, equipment, and manpower. The role requires implementing corporate and facility policies to ensure expectations are met, championing HSE and Quality Programs, and ensuring a safe and clean workplace while achieving quality products. The individual will consistently meet production schedules and provide leadership to the operations group, working with Senior Leadership to set and implement goals and objectives. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, communicating with direct reports, participating in management review meetings, assisting in employee development, evaluating future equipment needs, maintaining budgets, managing inventory, and leading cost reduction efforts.
