About The Position
We are hiring Rockstars to join our Sauer Brands team! The Plant Manager for Sauer Brands, Inc. is responsible for providing leadership and direction for all plant functions while fully supporting factory operations. This role is pivotal in embracing, promoting, and building OurRecipe@SauerBrands, which focuses on creating a safer, stronger, and more sustainable Sauer Brands that forges a prosperous future for our families. The Plant Manager will ensure that we excite and delight our customers with inspired flavors through integrity, creativity, executional excellence, and teamwork. The ultimate goal is to establish Sauer Brands as one of the most respected food companies on the planet, known for our passion, expertise, and relentless pursuit of excellence. In this role, the Plant Manager will strategically manage teams responsible for Food Quality & Safety, Production Management, Engineering Management, Continuous Improvement, and Safety Leadership. The successful candidate will lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional peers, execute special projects, and support factory operations while embracing the building of the Sauer Brands Recipe. The position requires a strong focus on safety, financial performance, and organizational health, ensuring that all operations align with the company's objectives and behavioral expectations.
