About The Position

The Plant Manager at Eaton's Aerospace Mission Systems Division will oversee operations at the Orchard Park, NY facility and another site in Westminster, MD. This role is critical for driving operational strategy, managing a diverse team, and ensuring the achievement of business goals through effective leadership and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, OPEX or related support functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience developing high performing teams.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Undergraduate degree required; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational strategy and own all functions at the site.
• Manage both operational leadership team and functional staff including Quality, Finance, Programs, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing tools to lead cost improvement analysis and implement actionable plans.
• Champion a workplace focused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive a zero-incident safety culture.
• Foster a Quality culture of early detection and escalations to reduce costs and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Human Resources to drive talent management and development strategies.
