About The Position
Petoskey Plastics is seeking a Plant Manager for its Morristown, TN facility. The Plant Manager directs all the day-to-day activities of the plant consistent with company schedules and policies. This role involves monitoring and coordinating the effective and efficient utilization of associates through proactive teamwork involvement and is responsible for the administration of policies and practices of the company. The Plant Manager works closely with Engineering, Shipping, and Human Resources to ensure customer satisfaction and develops manpower loading requirements based on production schedules. The position also includes setting priorities for production schedules based on new product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply, as well as directing the work efforts of Shift Managers and Department Managers.
