About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead the Versalift Southwest Installation Operations team. This critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing the full aerial lift installation process-ensuring that our equipment is built to the highest standards, delivered on time, and exceeds customer expectations. Based in Waco, TX, this position will lead all aspects of the production floor, with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and team development.
