About The Position

Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) Division is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead its Reno, NV site. This role involves strategic and operational leadership, focusing on profit and loss, growth strategy, and organizational direction to meet business goals. The Plant Manager will oversee a non-union site with over 240 employees, managing various operational teams and fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, OPEX, or related support functions.
• Minimum three (3) years of managerial experience.
• Authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Master of Business Administration.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience running a 'connected' factory utilizing Industry 4.0 elements.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational leadership team and functional staff including Quality, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Utilize analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive Key Performance Indicators.
• Implement Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing tools to lead cost improvement analysis and actionable plans.
• Champion a workplace focused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to promote a zero-incident safety culture.
• Foster a Quality culture to reduce costs, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Human Resources to drive talent management and development strategies.
