About The Position
The position involves performing all job functions in accordance with company safety and environmental policies at all times. The primary responsibilities include safely batching concrete and loading trucks according to order specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency. The role also requires entering material tickets into the back office, preparing daily packets for delivery to the main office, and performing quality checks on sand moisture, slumps, and temperatures. Additionally, the position involves scheduling drivers, motivating and coaching plant staff, maintaining a clean plant, and communicating with the Shop for repairs and maintenance. Other duties include monitoring fuel levels, recording hours on trucks, and supervising yard personnel to ensure daily duties are completed accurately.
