About The Position

Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility. Build a high‑performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development. Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance. Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards. Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field preferred
• Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
• Sound operational judgment and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced plant environment.
• Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous learning.
