About The Position

We are currently searching for a Plant Manager to run our HDPE plant in Albuquerque, NM, reporting to the VP/GM of the HDPE Strategic Business Unit. This person will be responsible for directing and managing plant operations for an HDPE solid wall conduit production process, maintenance, quality, and shipping and receiving. They will coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our plant managers are responsible for the P&L of their location and will be expected to run the business, not just production.
