This position is responsible for ensuring the Madison Processed Meats manufacturing facility operates efficiently safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures for all responsible areas. This includes daily and weekly schedule review and planning maintaining facility operational status to Tyson standards maintaining a safe work environment. Additional responsibilities include managing responsible Team Members in their areas of responsibility; overall responsibility for HACCP and effective interaction with QA USDA and Maintenance; prepare annual budget in conjunction with local Accounting; review and approve purchase requisitions reconcile daily production and materials issues and effective interaction with the training department to maintain a capable workforce; and any other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager. This position is responsible for food safety food quality and legality.
