About The Position
The Supervisor of Plant Operations and Maintenance is responsible for the continuous operation and maintenance of the power-generating plant, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and general building and ground maintenance. Supervises assigned staff, overseeing scheduling and assignments, and ensuring all routine and preventative maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner. The Supervisor must be proactive in identifying and recommending new approaches to improve quality and cost in support of CMC's plant operational goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS-approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- 5 years of Maintenance/Engineering experience required
- 3 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred
