About The Position

The position involves maintaining and repairing Aggregate, Ready mix, and Asphalt plants. The candidate will be responsible for completing necessary paperwork and ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to in order to prevent unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. The schedule requires the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, overtime, and some travel, specifically Sunday to Thursday night shifts.

Requirements

• Previous plant maintenance, millwright, or mechanic experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Welding and fabrication experience desirable
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical, functional exam, and a drug screen
• Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain and repair Aggregate, Ready mix, and Asphalt plants.
• Complete all paperwork that may be necessary.
• Assure that all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors observed.
• Other duties designed as needed.
