About The Position

As Plant Maintenance Manager, you will lead the safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of all maintenance activities at our Spring Hill manufacturing facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building a high-performing maintenance organization, improving equipment reliability and plant performance, and shaping the site’s safety, operational discipline, and continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3–5+ years of people leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
  • Proven experience leading mechanical and electrical technicians.
  • Strong hands-on shop floor experience in high-volume manufacturing (not assembly-only environments).
  • Demonstrated strength in safety leadership, reliability improvement, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience managing maintenance budgets, contractors, and spare parts.
  • Strong change management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Up to 10% of travel required.
  • Ability and willingness to work at height.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance professionals and team leads.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and OEE.
  • Partner closely with Operations to align resources and prioritize critical work.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, external contractors, and spare parts inventory.
  • Lead plant shutdown planning and execution.
  • Improve maintenance systems, procedures, and cost management processes.
  • Build team capability through coaching, skill development, and maintenance competency planning.
  • Provide maintenance input for capital projects and site master planning.
  • Drive root cause analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
