Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, not required).
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on batch plants, wash plants, hot plants, and aggregate crushers.
• Lubricate equipment at various job sites.
• Communicate maintenance needs and coordinate with team members to minimize downtime.
• Operate and secure equipment safely at all times.
