Position is a liaison between the distribution center and the customer care centers in resolving customer service concerns related to quality and service commitments. Researches and resolves questions from CAL, e-mail, and / or phone from Customer Care Center Representatives or distribution center employees regarding WIP. Updates orders and customer information and returns in a timely manner. Investigates and resolves orders. Provides regular feedback to Team Manager and Production Employees regarding common issues with orders and potential solutions. Maintain knowledge of the press, current printing processes and develop continuous process improvements that support the Lean philosophy and work environment.
