About The Position

The Plant IV Final Finish Production Supervisor will direct activities of both hourly and salary parity personnel to reach and maintain a high level of quality, schedule attainment, efficiency, maintenance, adherence to environmental policy, housekeeping and safety. Responsible for all training, discipline, and scheduling overtime and vacations for all final finish employees. Responsible in seeing that warehoused product meets all customer requirements. Direct activities of employees to maintain quality, quantity, and safety. Responsible for employee training reviews. Responsible for HRD implementation. Perform required paperwork which includes WHIP inventory, rework, production and reviews. Conduct safety meetings beginning of each shift. Facilitate BT1 meetings. Ensure a safe working environment. Attend daily shift hand off meetings. Responsible for entering work orders. Responsible for creating routing plans. Perform other duties as directed by the Department Manager, and Lead Supervisor. Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or 2 years experience required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing supervision experience.
  • Final Finish experience.
