The Plant IV Curing Team Lead will be responsible for machine related production items, including quality, machine setup, and downtime (mechanical or electrical) while coordinating setup technicians. The role involves coordinating with various departments for major maintenance, machine changes, auxiliary equipment and component supplies, and machine modifications. Responsibilities also include scheduling, ordering, and inventory of tooling and upgrades of existing equipment, issuing machine checks and lists for the PM repair program, implementing quick change and MTC checks, and leading and assisting all Setup Technicians and Curing Process Technicians. The Team Lead will train setup personnel on new procedures and equipment, perform scheduling of vacation and overtime of technicians, and troubleshoot machines for electrical and mechanical defects. Maintaining a safe working environment and housekeeping is essential, along with ensuring all relevant supplies are always in stock. The position requires adherence to ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements.

  • High School Diploma/GED and 2 years Curing Experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience or Associates Degree.
  • 5 Years Curing Experience.
