About the position

We are seeking a dedicated HR Analyst to join our team! You will oversee workforce planning and employment processes of temporary employees. You will serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies, manage the HRIS system, and assist with employee relations. Additionally, you will support full-time employee processes and administer workers' compensation claims while preparing and analyzing various reports.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee workforce planning and employment processes of temporary employees, including interviewing applicants, managing pre-employment procedures, and handling transfers, promotions, hires, and terminations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies to ensure seamless coordination, payroll processing, and weekly invoice reconciliation.
  • Manage the company's HRIS system, including timesheets, payroll processing, personnel changes, and onboarding/offboarding of temporary employees.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and lead investigations in alignment with Corporate HR as needed.
  • Support onboarding, termination processes, company evaluations, and administrative tasks related to full-time employees as required.
  • Maintain records of employee warnings in compliance with company policies, federal, and state regulations.
  • Administer workers' compensation claims and oversee injury case management.
  • Prepare and analyze Excel reports on payroll, labor costs, work hours, and headcount on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1-2+ years of HR Administration required
  • Providing administrative support required
  • Proficient in MS Excel (V-lookup/formulas/analysis and reporting) required
  • Experience in EHS/Safety would be a huge plus.
  • Experience overseeing EHS Specialist could be an added role depending on the experience
