Operate and maintain aggregate plant equipment Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Assist with loading and unloading materials Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
