Requirements

  • Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Capability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment and plant systems
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Dependable and adaptable to changing priorities and conditions
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor aggregate plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
  • Assist with material handling, loading, and stockpile management
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks

  • $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour for second shift
