The Plant Health Care Technician performs fertilization and pest management on trees, shrubs, and lawns using spray and injection tools. This role involves identifying and diagnosing insects, weeds, fungus conditions, and pest-prone areas, as well as communicating with and educating clients about the diagnosis and prescribed services. The technician will continuously monitor plant health quality and fertilizing methods after application and communicate progress to customers and supervisors. Additionally, the technician is responsible for driving, using, maintaining, and properly operating equipment such as trucks and sprayers.
