The Plant General Manager in Omaha is responsible for the safety of all plant team members and contractors, financial performance of the business, managing commercial sales development, staffing, operational efficiency, maintenance, and cost control measures. This role also involves effective communication of operating plans and performance goals, leading the development and training of plant team members, and managing human resources and physical plant assets.
