About the role This is a direct-hire, full-time leadership opportunity with a large manufacturing organization. Multiple schedules are available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift). Compensation includes a base salary, paid overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package. A day in the role You start the day with a quick stand-up: reviewing yesterday’s KPIs, today’s production plan, and any safety alerts. You coordinate resources across production and operations, assign work based on skills and priorities, and remove roadblocks so the line runs smoothly. Throughout the shift, you coach operators, verify safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement activities that boost throughput and meet customer expectations. What you’ll lead Direct the daily workflow of production and operations teams to hit quality, delivery, and efficiency targets. Assign production work to the right teams and individuals, aligning labor and equipment with the plan. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate productivity and meet customer requirements. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development for production associates. Model and enforce all safety policies and procedures every shift. What you bring Hands-on experience supervising production in a manufacturing or production environment. Working knowledge of production tools, machinery, and related equipment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable. Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
