About The Position

As a Plant Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by providing insights and establishing predictive analytics of financial performance to stakeholders to develop and improve upon Plant Financial P&L and Balance Sheet Targets. You will lead plant and business teams through annual forecasting of the Operating Plan for the plant(s) and input to other forecasting processes. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with 3M Global Financial Standards (GAAP), ensure that current SKUs have appropriate costs during the annual inventory revaluation process, and improve ROI for all plant Capital Investments (AFE-Authorization For Expenditures). You may also support other plants as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (completed and verified prior to start).
• Six (6) combined years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting and/or manufacturing supply chain in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Nice To Haves

• Possess an MBA, CMA, or CPA certification.
• Demonstrates the ability to act as a change agent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
