About The Position

Plant Equipment Maintenance Specialist (Blow Molding) Do you thrive on solving tough equipment challenges and keeping production moving? At Altium Packaging, you’ll be the go-to expert who safeguards uptime, quality, and safety on our blow molding lines. Your Impact Lead with safety: uphold company policies and meet all regulatory requirements. Own installations, adjustments, and repairs for blow molders, trimmers, palletizers, and more. Perform precise changeovers—molds, neck tooling, pins, and related assemblies. Service pneumatics/hydraulics: hose inspections and replacements, valve/pump rebuilds and swaps. Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance to keep assets in optimal condition. Apply welding and fabrication skills to repair and improve machines. Troubleshoot to root cause on blow mold, bagging, and ancillary equipment. Operate blow molding or injection machinery when operations demand it. Partner with production and leadership; follow direction from Lead Tech/Supervisor; duties may vary by site design. Flex for business needs, including reasonable mandatory overtime. What Sets You Up for Success Competence with basic math and computers. Fundamentals of pneumatics and hydraulics. Meticulous attention to detail. Nice to Have 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. OSHA forklift certification. Physical Realities of the Job You’ll spend much of the day on your feet and moving through the plant—standing, walking, reaching, and handling tools. At times, you’ll climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and you’ll frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds. Requirements

Competence with basic math and computers.
