About The Position

In the US, we are leaders focused on recycling and circular economy, managing all different environmental liabilities in a sustainable way. We are seeking an experienced and driven engineer to lead and manage a variety of engineering projects, technical initiatives, and plant improvements across our wastewater treatment facilities in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with innovative treatment and recycling technologies while collaborating closely with Operations, Maintenance, Production, Safety, and Compliance teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving plant performance, identifying process efficiencies, and ensuring the successful execution of capital and technical projects-ranging from small-scale upgrades to multi-million-dollar initiatives. This position combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional leadership to support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals.
