About The Position

• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in English and another language is a plus.
• Experience in an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside home country).

Responsibilities

• Proposing, testing, and validating technical solutions to improve manufacturing performance (productivity, quality, safety, availability).
• Participating in action plans to restore regular processes and following up daily.
• Providing assistance and training to the production team.
• Analyzing process failures using the Plastic Omnium manufacturing system.
