About The Position
The Plant Director is responsible for leading the overall activities of the Wanamingo plant, aligning with the Reckitt Benckiser/Mead Johnson North America Business Strategy. This role involves developing long-range plans related to cost reductions, facility improvements, new product production, and quality enhancements. The Plant Director will direct the establishment of goals compatible with plant objectives, delegate responsibilities to department managers, and counsel them on performance improvement.
