About The Position

The position involves analyzing financial plant performance and developing measures for cost optimization while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The role requires preparing plant-related budgeting and planning processes, monitoring progress against financial budgets, and analyzing financial deviations at the plant level. Additionally, the position entails monitoring and analyzing financial performance indicators to identify trends and variances, developing and implementing cost control measures to enhance plant efficiency, and preparing detailed financial reports and forecasts for management review. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making in plants and providing financial insights and recommendations to improve operational performance are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling.
  • Experience developing and implementing cost control measures.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must possess very well-developed problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and has demonstrated the ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel (especially Word and Excel).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Monitor and analyze financial plant performance indicators to identify trends and variances.
  • Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance plant efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for plant management review.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making in plants.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational plant performance.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans for the plant.
