About The Position

The position involves analyzing financial plant performance and developing measures for cost optimization while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The role requires preparing plant-related budgeting and planning processes, monitoring progress against financial budgets, and analyzing financial deviations at the plant level. Additionally, the position entails monitoring and analyzing financial performance indicators to identify trends and variances, developing and implementing cost control measures to enhance plant efficiency, and preparing detailed financial reports and forecasts for management review. Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling.
• Experience developing and implementing cost control measures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and maintain confidentiality.
• Must possess very well-developed problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and has demonstrated the ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel (especially Word and Excel).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans for the plant.
