About The Position
Arconic is currently in search of a Plant Controller to join our Kawneer Business in Visalia, California. As a Plant Controller, you'll be a key member of our Plant Lead Team and act as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and Kawneer North America Controller, playing a vital role in driving the development and execution of business strategies. As a trusted advisor to plant and business unit leadership, you'll help shape the future of our Visalia, California facility through financial insight, operational collaboration, and strategic influence driving financial strategy, leading budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy of cost accounting and reporting. You'll also be at center of capital investment planning, ROI/performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, translating complex financial data into insights that directly influence operational decisions and profitability.
