Plant Controller (Buford and Charlotte) Core Responsibilities: Lead budgets, forecasts, weekly sales reporting, estimates, and financial modeling Deliver financial analysis, management reporting, variance analysis, KPIs, and benchmarking Oversee inventory costing, cost control, investment evaluations, and productivity improvements Conduct ROI analyses, business cases, capex proposals, and scenario modelling Manage customer and product margin analysis, profitability assessment, and pricing approval support Drive procurement savings with Operations (supplier cost control, logistics optimization, indirect cost reduction) Support digitalization and process automation
Requirements
- 10+; years of experience, including ~7 years in a manufacturing/plant finance environment
- Background in international manufacturing groups
- Strong project management, business partnering, and transformation experience
- Proven ability to lead financial functions for businesses >USD 25m
- Agile and effective in complex, fast‑moving industrial settings
- Expert-level Excel, financial analysis, and PowerPoint skills
Nice To Haves
- MBA and CPA preferred
