Requirements

• Must have a high school degree or its equivalent.
• Must have a general knowledge of plumbing fitting and parts.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must have welding knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety by prioritizing safety throughout the operation for yourself and others at all times in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards.
• Perform large volume pump repair and general pipe fitting.
• Operate a backhoe, skid steer, and manlift.
• Assist a qualified electrician with installation and maintenance of electrical components in water systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel to various sites across the region (up to 90%).
