About The Position

Line of Business: Aggregates Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You’ll Be Doing Operate the scale system to accurately weigh trucks and ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound materials. Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, ticket processing, and recordkeeping. Communicate with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to support efficient daily operations. Monitor inventory activity and assist with reporting to maintain accurate material and product records. Support plant leadership by preparing routine logs, reports, and customer-facing documentation as well as weekly payroll and occasional employee support duties. Comfort using computer systems, scaling software, and basic administrative tools. Clear and professional communication skills with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Work Environment This role works in an operational plant setting, supporting scale operations and administrative tasks.
