About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing: Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Coordinate communication between plant management and staff. Maintain accurate records and handle data entry. Support HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, and employee records. Handle accounts payable responsibilities, including invoice processing and vendor communication. Help with scaling.

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software (Excel) and data management.
Experience in ERP software, preferably SAP.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Background in construction, aggregates or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities
