About The Position

The Plant Administrator at Silver-Line Plastics LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the plant in Asheville, NC. Requirements

  • College diploma or certification in Office Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
  • Manufacturing/plant experience considered an asset
  • Experience in SAP considered an asset
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • HSE focused and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter and strong team player
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with different levels of employees

Responsibilities

  • Maintain various spreadsheets and perform data entry
  • Provide administrative support to managers
  • Issue and receive purchase orders
  • Maintain contractor insurance records
  • Perform clerical duties including memos, notices, newsletters, and various reports
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Human Resources teams
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
