Position Summary The AGC Admin position is responsible for creating and completing production orders, weekly inventory counts, create purchase orders and back up scale operator.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years administrative experience
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to work well with other departments
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be a team player and self- motivated
  • Read and write English
  • Good communications skills
  • Computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of lot numbering system a plus, but will train
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills and ERP (NAV) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create Production orders
  • Create Purchase orders
  • Create Sales orders
  • Create Sales order returns
  • Compile and file paperwork
  • Assist accounting department with Purchase invoicing
  • Operate scale and complete weight certificates
  • Follow Food Safety Policy and Food Safety Manual requirements
  • Participate in Safety and Food safety training
  • Conduct, participate in all audits (monthly walk throughs, annual system audits, customer, 3rd party).
