About The Position
Top Tier Reps is seeking a hands-on and experienced Plant Accounting Manager to join the finance leadership team of a global manufacturing company in Lawton, OK. This onsite position is ideal for candidates with a background in plant or manufacturing accounting, operational leadership, and a deep understanding of cost and inventory accounting. As a Plant Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee all accounting operations at the facility, including financial reporting, SOX compliance, cost analysis, and inventory accuracy, while partnering closely with plant leadership to support strategic business goals.
