About The Position
The position directly reports to the Plant Controller Supervisor and has indirect reporting to the Plant Controller for multiple locations including Grand Rapids, MI, North Kansas City, MO, and Torrance, CA. The role is responsible for all financial aspects of several manufacturing facilities, tollers, and warehouses, particularly focusing on the Grand Rapids, North Kansas City, and Torrance plants. The position faces challenges such as a travel requirement of 10-15%, the necessity to work additional hours outside of the normal workday/week to meet deadlines, and the need to serve various internal customers including Plant, Finance, and Business Management while maintaining the integrity and timeliness of accounting responsibilities.
