About The Position

We’re looking for reliable, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Accessory team as Plant Accessory Installers . In this role, you’ll help prepare vehicles for delivery by installing accessories, performing inspections, and ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key part in getting vehicles ready for customers. Your responsibilities will include: Installing accessories such as PGF, wheel masks, rear bumper protectors, side body molding, crossbars, shopping bag hooks, and more Placing floor mats, cargo mats, first aid kits, manuals, and other items inside vehicles Performing Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDI), including topping off fluids, checking tire pressure, and completing general quality checks Ensuring all installations and throw‑ins meet company quality standards Communicating clearly with team members and sharing job knowledge Supporting other departments as needed Following all safety practices, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to use hand tools
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work outdoors year‑round
- Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, work overhead, and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Installing accessories such as PGF, wheel masks, rear bumper protectors, side body molding, crossbars, shopping bag hooks, and more
- Placing floor mats, cargo mats, first aid kits, manuals, and other items inside vehicles
