The Finishing Lead at Plant 4 is responsible for assisting the supervisor in the daily operation of the shift. This role requires maintaining a working knowledge of all jobs in the coater department to effectively relieve, replace, or assist in employee absences. The Finishing Lead will provide instructions, directions, and guidance to all line personnel, perform weight checks, and fill in for the supervisor when needed.
