About The Position

Cayuse's 41,000 sq. ft. technology delivery center is fully redundant and prepared to meet the needs of government. Our clients include DHS, DHA, DoS, USMC, US Army, HHS/Indian Health Service, Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Indian Education, among many more. This Task Order (TO) will provide the necessary information technology (IT) help desk operational support services to campus personnel to ensure the staff’s mission capabilities. Assists the government in the development and execution of IT related project plans. The contractor shall have provided the government a Plans and Requirements central point of contact for all things Plans. Shall have the ability to receive, analyze, plan, and execute projects that entail IT Infrastructure, assets, space renovations, technical refreshes, and access management requirements. Shall have enough resources to concurrently manage and execute 30 concurrent projects. Projects are considered complex in nature and will have a cumulative total of over 80 work hours to complete and will typically require engineering assistance to complete. Additionally, the contractor shall be capable of executing 5 weekly work plans weekly which will take less than a cumulative of 80 hours to complete. Work Plans are less complex and will consume 80 or less hours to complete such as personnel moves, conference setups, limited equipment installs, escorting of vendors.

Requirements

  • Experience in Air Force IT Project Planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of project management experience.
  • Certified under one or more ITIL, SCRUM, or Lean Six sigma programs. PMP courses are also acceptable.
  • Experienced in the operations of the Air Force Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS) system.

Responsibilities
