About The Position
The position involves coordinating cross-functional SIOP activities for forecasting, material planning, capacity planning, and production scheduling to maximize plant performance for key metrics including revenue fulfillment, on-time delivery, lead-time optimization, and inventory management. The role requires formulating a production master plan, organizing production targets, and ensuring maximum efficiency through timely solutions to identified risks. The individual will work with cross-functional teams on capacity planning, analyze capacity utilization, and propose solutions to management. Additionally, the role includes reviewing business orders and sales forecasts, coordinating with various departments, and monitoring production status to adjust plans as necessary. The position also emphasizes driving KPI performance, improving material planning accuracy, and implementing lean planning methods.
