About The Position

A Planning/ Schedule and Cost Trainer has direct experience conducting Planning/ Scheduling/ Cost Management and Analysis training. They have extensive hands-on experience developing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Their experience includes design and implementation of WBS coding structures, IMP/ IMS coding structure, methodology and approach for implementing giver/receivers, development of the tier-one schedule (one pager), tier-two schedule, and master scheduled from a single database. They also have hands-on experience using Deltek COBRA, Deltek MPM, forProject EVMS, or other EVMS tools to generate the seven formats of the IPMR. They have had responsibility collecting status, integrating the IMS, integrating actuals from the financial system, implementing Baseline Change Requests (BCR), updating and managing Estimate To Complete (ETC) and Estimate AT Complete (EAC), conducting analysis, and developing and managing responses to variances.
