Description Key responsibilities. Regional Planning & Coordination Manage and maintain IBP (Integrated Business Planning) KPIs for the region, performing root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement. Develop and manage the Production Plan and Release Plan; track and publish monthly and quarterly revenue phasing to support site planners. Drive regional inventory reduction initiatives by tracking DOFC (Days of Forward Coverage) and other key inventory metrics. Perform ABC analysis on inventory to inform and execute strategic inventory decisions. Support the annual Long-Range and Budget planning processes for the North American region. Champion regional process improvements, standardization initiatives, and the sharing of cross-site learnings and best practices related to SAP. Implement best-in-class SAP processes in collaboration with corporate and site-level teams. Coordinate planning activities at the regional level, to ensure harmonization at the NA Region level. Work with the central planning team to smoothly implement GDAC (Global Data Analytics Center) S/4 HANA Implementation – Supply Chain (North America) Lead the implementation and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA within the supply chain department, ensuring the system is configured to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design effective solutions within the S/4 HANA environment. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the continuous improvement and enhancement of the S/4 HANA platform. Provide expert guidance and training to supply chain staff on the effective use of S/4 HANA to ensure proper system utilization and adoption. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with IT to resolve technical problems swiftly. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to SAP S/4 HANA to drive innovation and efficiency. Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for the S/4 HANA platform. COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND REGULATIONS: Compliance with 21 CFR - Parts 210/211, EU Directives 91/356/EEC and ICH Q7. Work with Operations personnel to improve compliance. Ensure work is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, including but not limited to OSHA, GMP, DEA, FDA, etc. Assume responsibility for safety and knowing the appropriate emergency procedures in case of emergency. Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain planning, production planning, and inventory management. Demonstrated experience leading or playing a key role in an SAP S/4 HANA implementation project. Strong understanding of supply chain principles and KPIs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
