About The Position
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Planning Manager will play a key role in the execution of all expansion-related programming and institutional initiatives at The Broad. This position will focus on project management, invitation list management for institutional events, CRM data procedures and integrity, and leading event coordination and execution. The Planning Manager will provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Strategy Officer while collaborating with teams across the museum to ensure alignment. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the Planning Manager will help ensure that all data-driven aspects of event planning and execution run smoothly.
