The role involves providing leadership to the Program Planning and Documentation Group at Lockheed Martin Space, ensuring high-quality planning and operations analyses are delivered timely. Responsibilities include overseeing program planning, production planning, documentation control, and managing daily operations of the SWFLANT Integrator. The position requires a strong focus on production plans, project management support, and documentation processes, all while working onsite at the Kings Bay, GA facility.

  • Provide leadership to the Program Planning and Documentation Group.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality planning and operations analyses.
  • Oversee program planning functions including development and status of production plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate Service Life Evaluation (SLE) and project management support.
  • Conduct rate and capacity analysis and provide schedule metrics.
  • Analyze long-range missile and support equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate risk and opportunity assessments and SWFLANT Change Directives (SCDs).
  • Manage production planning to meet manufacturing and production processing requirements.
  • Support Demand Management programming and data system requirements development.
  • Provide change control for missile processing and support equipment documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field from an accredited college.
  • 5 years of professional experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
  • Prior coded leadership skills aligned with Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) imperatives.
  • Knowledge of SWFLANT processing operations.
  • Knowledge of FBM production and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in leading special projects.
  • Green Belt certification.
  • Exceptional strategic communication skills, both written and verbal.
